While going through today's Hindustan Times, I just stuck on the front page news "Power makes political Parties grow richer, faster". Before that back in April I also read a story at rediff.com about "Richer the politician, poorer the state", where it was mentioned that how politicians earn huge extra money from the new and old businessmen.
Growth in political parties income is higher then most of the industries and we can imagine that politicians too get a fair share from their different sources. Most of you have seen them coming for meeting and parties in luxury cars when their annual salary is in few lakhs.
So, I am thinking on the issue or the career which can drive you huge money in less time then any of business? Surely the politics is on top of the list right now.
Yes, it is top of the list, why? Here are the reasons:

Yes, it is top of the list, why? Here are the reasons:
- You need not to invest anywhere else peoples will come to you for help (giving cash)
- There are millions of peoples in India who are starting their own business or looking for some favor from politicians.
- Every businessman have to survive in this tough competition and want to over come, politicians help better then any thing else.
- Higher the rank in politics higher the money you earn.
- Politicians got the power to threaten anyone with any of their policies or departments.
- Nobody will ask you question on the money you have, better if you on the ruling party.
Now, back to the political parties incomes:
INC - from 69.56 in 2003 to 222.07 crores in 2005
CPM - from 18.42 in 2003 to 39.88 crores in 2005
BJP - from 72.3 in 2003 to 104.12 crores in 2005
*All above data was obtained by NGO Association for Democratic Reforms against a right to information application.
Also, above amount are those amount which have been contributed by large industries with receipts. Surely there are much more amount which were below Rs.20,000 which political parties are not required to declare and that's totally legal.
So, which career you would like to have with a huge non taxable income?
